L’Oréal Multi-Brand Sustainable Exhibition Stand

Our team supported this project from concept design through production and final fit-out, creating a sustainable modular stand that showcased L’Oréal’s portfolio of luxury beauty brands within a compact 72sqm footprint. The challenge was to reflect each brand’s unique identity while ensuring the entire structure could be reused and reconfigured for future events.

Using the T3 modular framework, the team developed a fully reusable solution with lightweight, flat-packed components to minimise waste and transport impact. Each brand environment was designed with its own distinct aesthetic: Lancôme’s soft pinks and gold details, YSL Beauté’s bold gold and marble textures, Valentino’s geometric forms and rich purple accents, and Armani’s minimalist silver and red gradient.

The final build delivered both visual sophistication and genuine sustainability. Every frame and panel was engineered for reusability, allowing the stand to be rebuilt, refreshed, and reimagined without compromising on luxury. Following its success, the same modular system is now being adapted for L’Oréal’s next event — demonstrating how thoughtful modular design can elevate brand experience at scale.
