Modular Retail Display Solutions for Edge Retail & Coty Inc

This project was a full team effort, with involvement across concept design, development, production, and on-site delivery. Coty needed a flexible retail solution that could adapt to five events in four weeks across multiple venues, each requiring a premium, cohesive look for brands ranging from Rimmel and Max Factor to Hugo Boss, Marc Jacobs, Chloé, and more.

Working alongside Edge Retail, the team delivered a fully modular T3 display system that could be reconfigured for different layouts, reused across events, and built rapidly on-site thanks to its lightweight, tool-free framework. Graphics and components were shared between venues to reduce waste and cost, while each brand received its own tailored finishes to maintain a high-end appearance.

The results included five consistent, premium activations delivered on time, significant sustainability gains through component reuse, and a flexible system that supported both high-street and luxury brands within one cohesive visual strategy. This rollout demonstrated the strength of modular retail display solutions—scalable, efficient, and visually elevated across every location.
